"An indigenous myth tells us whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rain forest to open people's hearts and return the planet to harmony"

Cacao is a fruit originally from Central and South America, commonly used to create chocolate. The difference is the processing. When we say "cacao," we refer to unprocessed paste of the cacao bean. The bitter beans are removed from the sweet outer fruit, toasted to remove the shell, and ground into a paste. This paste is then shipped as the final product, which you consume in food or as a drink. Internally, cacao has many health benefits (natural superfood), but the biggest benefits are energetic. Cacao opens your heart and mind, allowing you to access deep parts of yourself lost long ago. It accelerates healing, creativity, focus, and idea flow. This is how cacao creates harmony - by opening the heart, accessing deep within, and releasing inner pain and struggle. By each person creating harmony within, the planet returns to harmony.

The biggest benefits from cacao come from drinking it daily. It is a natural replacement for coffee, giving you a sustained energy and start to your day, without the jitters and crash. By drinking daily, you receive consistent energetic and health benefits, which give you deeper creativity and transformation.

cacao - food of the gods

Theobroma cacao also known as „teacher plants“, plants  which helps us to cleanse the body, mind and spirit. My journey with the cacao started in Guatemala with the famous Cacao Guru Keith..

Sacred cacao is different from a chocolate as we know it in Europe, a cacao ceremony is an experience in multididmesional group energy...

Cacao works with you where you are, and with the ceremonial facilitator through where they are.  Cacao brings the door but doesn’t push you through it.

A major advantage of ceremonial cacao is that it makes it much easier to deeply access ones emotional body, pain body, or density on the dark shadow side... or ready expansion and higher dimensional connection on the light shadow side.  Cacao allows you to go considerably deeper into meditation and self-healing than possible without the medicine… and understandings tend toward more permanent changes.  Cacao is a heart-centered anchor making that takes you where you're going with more love and less fear.

Comment, Kun Deva, 2017: Cacao is the seed from the fruit of the Theobroma Cacao tree, native to Central and South America. This is the chocolate bean. I work with Organic Raw Criollo Guatemalan Cacao Paste – they are hand picked not roasted or processed in any other way. The beans are from a wild variety of cacao that is traditionally grown and hand-prepared by indigenous Mayan people in the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala. This is the variety and preparation method that the ancient Mayans used to ensure full potency. This cacao is grown and processed without any chemicals and the Mayan women who prepare the cacao receive fair pay for their work.

Magnesium: Cacao may be the highest source of Magnesium the relaxer mineral.  Magnesium fights acid buildup, neutralizes toxins, calms sensitivity to pain, quiets nerves, builds strong bones and teeth and is essential for many other functions. Over 80% of Americans are chronically deficient in Magnesium

Iron: Cacao beans contain about 20% of the U.S. RDA of iron per 1 ounce (28 gram) serving. Iron is a critical mineral in nutrition. Iron is part of the oxygen carrying protein called hemoglobin that keeps our blood healthy.

Chromium: Chromium is an important trace mineral that helps balance blood sugar. Nearly 80% of Americans are deficient in this trace mineral. Chromium plays a significant role in detoxifying the liver from alcohols which build up during the fermentation process of sugars and starches when we overeat or make bad food choices. It has a major influence on blood cleanse.

Theobromine: is the active ingredient in Chocolate and it occurs only in Cacao. The two stimulants are related and have a similar structures, but are very different chemicals with different properties, effects and origins. There are of course, some Chocolate products that have added caffeine, but it does not occur naturally in Chocolate.

Cacao seems to diminish appetite, probably due to its monoamine oxidase enzyme inhibitors (MAO inhibitors) - these are different from digestive enzyme inhibitors found in most nuts and seeds. These rare MAO inhibitors actually produce favorable results when consumed by allowing more serotonin and other neurotransmitters to circulate in the brain. According to Dr. Gabriel Cousens, MAO inhibitors facilitate youth regeneration and rejuvenation. Encourages weight loss naturally.

Phenethylamine (PEA):  is found in abundance in cacao beans. Because PEA is heat sensitive, much of the PEA in conventional cooked and processed chocolate is missing. PEA is the adrenal-related chemical that we produce in our bodies when we fall in love. This is likely one of the main reasons why love and chocolate have such a deep connection. PEA also plays a role in increasing focus and alertness.

In trials, doctors at Harvard found that Antioxidant compounds called Flavonols in chocolate help the body to produce nitric oxide, a compound essential for proper heart function. (Nitric oxide is also believed by pro bodybuilders to help increase muscularity.) Again, with Raw Cacao Powder, this effect could easily be multiplied.  Remember that raw cacao powder contains about seven times as many antioxidants as cooked cacao powder, that's about 723% more!
