Dynamic sets/kriyas (body and breath exercises) centered on a theme are first explained and then flow into a sequence, surrounded by "groovy" mantra beats, with the aim of activating the energy. "Warm-up" through dynamic asanas and active meditation in the setting of group exercises. No prior experience required. 

The aim is to strengthen specific muscle groups, bring dormant energies into flow, and improve circulation and posture.

In this intensive course you will learn how to feel your mission, to act with your intuition and integrating intentions into every action of your daily life. We gonna use techniques to increase the awareness of the sensitive and meditative space and how to switch in between these states and dimensions through intensive meditation and cacao.

The mind has a natural tendency to think, keep it occupied with a relatively unexciting task. With some guided meditation practices we gonna learn to go into the state of "SHUNIYA" - the zero state of mind - where every kind of CREATIVE CREATION is possible. Learning about SOUNDS, BREATHING, BODY SENSATIONS and the difference between LOVE and SACRED SEXUALITY by practicing couple meditations (VENUZ KRIYAS). 

The third part of the course is an introduction into SACRED CEREMONIES - you are entering upon a journey of healing, forgiveness, remembrance, resurrection and, ultimately, transcendence of the infinite duality. To choose this path is to embrace the EGO and Human as a magnificent masterpiece of immortal design, capable of transcending the limitations of duality and able to access any time or energy level in the universe. By the RITUALIZATION of activities you will get more conscious about the GOD and GODDESS within you and feel the path of unconditional LOVE in every human action.
